Based on the announcement of the Cyprus Tax Department, the submission of Personal Income Tax Returns for the tax year 2025 is now available through the TAXISnet system at https://taxisnet.mof.gov.cy
The new deadline for the submission of the 2025 Personal Income Tax Return and the payment of any tax due without penalties has been extended to 31 October 2026. Late submission is subject to a penalty of €150 and non-payment of the tax due incurs interest and financial charges.
The obligation to submit a Personal Income Tax Return for the year 2025 applies to employees, pensioners and self-employed individuals with gross annual income exceeding €19,500 who are not required to prepare audited financial statements.
