Globalserve Consultants Ltd organized succesfully the seminar “Changing Fiscal and Banking International Environment” in Moscow at the Radisson Blu Tversakaya Hotel on Thursday 5^th of October.

The seminar was supported by Bank Of Cyprus as the sole sponsor. The Manager of the International Business Unit in Limassol of Bank Of Cyprus Mr. Alexis Yiallourides delivered a very interesting presentation on bank account opening procedures and the requirements for efficient and successful transactions.

The seminar aimed to update the participants on the new transparent international environment, to analyze what information is automatically exchanged and to introduce the introduction of Central registries of Beneficial Owners in Europe and BVI.

Additionally Mr. Marios Efthymiou Managing Director of Dinos Antoniou and Co Ltd presented the changes in Cyprus Tax Law which have made Cyprus even more attractive to investors through the tax exemption on dividends and interest for non domicile Cyprus tax residents and other tax issues. Also, our business associate Vladisdlav Stepanov, delivered the presentation “Increasing the attractiveness of foreign jurisdictions due to stricter legislation on personal liability of directors and business owners”.

The Managing Director of Globalserve Consultants Ltd Mrs. Phani Schiza Antoniou continued the presentations by describing the benefits offered by Cyprus citizenship, Cyprus and UAE residency.
