The high importance of the protection of intellectual property assets has long been recognised by the business world. However, there are many businesses which wish to proceed with applications to protect their intellectual property assets but they usually hesitate to do so because of the high cost of registration procedure. We would like to inform you about the new high penalties for late filing of the annual returns for 2020 and onwards which will be introduced by The Cyprus Registrar of Companies as from the 1st of April 2021.
