We inform you that on December 1st, 2021, the British Virgin Islands Government will impose a late payment surcharge of 10% on the 2021 annual license fee of those first semester BVI legal entities (i.e. those incorporated between July and December) that fail to pay the annual license fee prior to the mentioned date.

Consequently, we invite you to effect payment of the annual maintenance charges of your BVI legal entities as soon as possible, and in any event, no later than November 24th, 2021, in order to allow us with the sufficient time to prepare and file the required payment documentation in a timely manner and avoid late payment penalties.
