We would like to inform you that from 1, October 2025 until 31, December 2025, all entities registered under the Cyprus Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property are required to confirm the details of their Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) or senior management officials or to provide due diligence information (as applicable in each case) through the electronic system.
**It is highlighted that if the confirmation of details in the UBO Register is not completed by 31, December 2025, regardless of any criminal liability or prosecution of any person, the company or other legal entity will be subject to a monetary penalty of one hundred euros (€100) for the first day, and an additional fifty euros (€50) for each day the violation continues, with a maximum total penalty of five thousand euros (€5,000).
