The Belize Companies Act, 2022 (the Act) was successfully revised on July 13th, 2023, with the aim of strengthening the clauses relating to directorships, shareholders, and beneficial owners.
Based on the official announcement of The Cyprus Tax Department, published on September 25 2023, the deadline for submission of the tax return 2022 for employees and pensioners (TD1) and self-employed whose turnover do not exceed € 70,000 (TD1 self-employed), as well as the payment of the final tax due, is extended until October 31, 2023.
We would like to inform you that UAE has introduced “Corporate Tax (CT)” effective for financial years starting on or after 1 June 2023 which is governed by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022 on taxation of corporations and businesses signed on 3rd October 2022.
