Globalserve Consultants Ltd, a licensed Corporate Provider and Accounting firm based in Limassol seeks to recruit a Receptionist.

Description of responsibilities: 

  • Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Manage company correspondence including phone calls, emails, letters, and couriers
  • Schedule and confirm meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
  • Monitor and manage visitor logs and appointments
  • Coordinate with internal departments to assist clients or resolve inquiries
  • Perform general office administration duties
  • Perform documents filing in accordance with company procedures
  • Preparation of couriers for shipments should be sent to clients

2. Full time position: Corporate Officer

Globalserve Consultants Ltd is a licensed Corporate Provider and Accounting Firm regulated under ICPAC regulations, having more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry with headquarters in Limassol. Company seeks to recruit an individual to the position of Corporate Officer.

Description of responsibilities:

  • Incorporation of Cyprus and International companies and provision of corporate services
  • Preparation of documents for corporate changes
  • Submission and execution of corporate changes to the Registrar of Companies
  • Preparation of Annual General Meetings
  • Preparation and execution of Resolutions
  • Monitor Due Diligence procedure for clients
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure timely statutory filings of client portfolio.
  • Manage correspondence and filing

Requirements: 

  • Fluent in English and Greek language
  • University degree in relevant subject is preferable e.g. business, accounting, law
  • Strong computer skills especially in MS Office applications
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong Organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • At least 1-year prior experience in the sector
