On 19/12/2023 an amendment to the Civil Registry Law was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Cyprus. The new legislation, among other things, allows highly skilled foreign employees in companies which are set by the Council of Ministers’ decision, in the intervals of attraction of companies for business and/or expansion of their activities in Cyprus, to obtain Cypriot citizenship if they resided in Cyprus for 4 or 5 years, depending on their Greek language knowledge.
Το Τμήμα Εφόρου Εταιρειών και Διανοητικής Ιδιοκτησίας ανακοινώνει ότι σύμφωνα με τον περί Εταιρειών (Τροποποιητικό) Νόμο 2024, Ν.25(Ι)/2024, ο οποίος δημοσιεύτηκε στην Επίσημη Εφημερίδα της Δημοκρατίας στις 15 Μαρτίου 2024, το ετήσιο τέλος των εταιρειών που είναι εγγεγραμμένες στο Μητρώο του Εφόρου Εταιρειών, καταργείται από το 2024 κι έπειτα.
