3. Full time position: Corporate Officer
Globalserve Consultants Ltd, a licensed Corporate Provider and Accounting firm based in Limassol seeks to recruit a Receptionist.
Description of responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Manage company correspondence including phone calls, emails, letters, and couriers
- Schedule and confirm meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
- Monitor and manage visitor logs and appointments
- Coordinate with internal departments to assist clients or resolve inquiries
- Perform general office administration duties
- Perform documents filing in accordance with company procedures
- Preparation of couriers for shipments should be sent to clients
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Fast learner
- Problem solving and creative person
- Strong Organizational skills
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Strong computer skills especially in MS Office applications, knowledge of Profit Maker system will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage

Monday – Thursday 8.00 – 13.00, 13.30 – 17.00
Friday 8.00 – 13.00

Description of responsibilities:
- Incorporation of Cyprus and International companies and provision of corporate services
- Preparation of documents for corporate changes

- Preparation of Annual General Meetings

- Monitor Due Diligence procedure for clients
- Liaising with other departments to ensure timely statutory filings of client portfolio.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Greek language
- University degree in relevant subject is preferable e.g. business, accounting, law
- Strong computer skills especially in MS Office applications
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Organizational and multi-tasking skills
- At least 1-year prior experience in the sector
