Has been awarded with the CPA in America and is also a holder of an MBA from St Johns University in New York while his BSc was focused on Economics from the Aristotelio University in Thessalonica in Greece.

Dinos professional experience has been in big audit firms in the United States of America as well as in his home country (Cyprus) since 1988. Dinos has gained valuable experience by working in the banking sector for 3 years and he is the founder and the C.E.O of Globalserve Consultants Ltd.

Dinos is a member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA), the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

Has been awarded with the CPA and is also a holder of a BSc in Accounting from Jersey City State College, New Jersey.

He has worked for 3 years in an audit firm to the United States of America, with Deloitte in Cyprus for 5 years, and for the last 10 years he has worked in big group of companies as a Financial Controller.

Antonis is the head of the Accounting and VAT department of the firm.

Eleana Antoniou is a finance professional with a strong background in accounting, auditing, and regulatory compliance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from De Montfort University in Leicester and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

 In 2023, she further enhanced her credentials by obtaining the ICPAC ICA Certification in Anti-Money Laundering (AML).

Eleana began her professional journey in 2015 as an accountant at Globalserve Consultants Ltd. From 2016 to 2020, she expanded her expertise as a senior auditor at a reputable local audit firm in Cyprus.

In 2020, she returned to Globalserve, where she was appointed Business Development Director, leveraging her industry knowledge to drive growth and client engagement.

Mary Katsi is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of expertise in accounting, auditing, and VAT compliance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, with a major in Accounting, from the Athens University of Economics and Business.

Mary began her career in 2003 as an accountant and soon transitioned into the audit field, joining a respected local audit firm in Cyprus. Her strong technical knowledge and leadership skills earned her a promotion to Assistant Manager—a role she successfully held for five years.

In 2019, she brought her extensive experience to Globalserve Consultants Ltd, where she currently serves as Manager of the Accounting and VAT Department, overseeing key client portfolios and ensuring full regulatory compliance in financial reporting and indirect taxation.

Melina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Ancient History and Archaeology from the University of Leicester (2010) and earned the LCCI Higher Diploma in 2013.

She joined Globalserve Consultants Ltd in 2012 as a Corporate Officer. Her dedication and leadership quickly led to her promotion as Team Leader in 2015, and subsequently as Manager of the Corporate Department in 2017.

In 2018, she expanded her responsibilities by taking on the role of Assistant Compliance Officer.

Demonstrating her commitment to regulatory excellence, she obtained the ICPAC ICA Certification in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) in 2023.
