1. Office Administrator and assistant of collections department

Globalserve Consultants Ltd a licensed Corporate Provider and Accounting firm based in Limassol seeks to recruit a high calibre individual as Office Administrator and assistant of collections department.

Description of responsibilities: 

  • Manage company correspondence including phone calls, emails, letters, and couriers
  • Maintain and organise the reception area while welcoming clients and visitors
  • Perform general office administration duties
  • Oversee office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
  • Issue invoices and receipts
  • Support the collections process
  • Assist in the preparation of basic KYC files

 Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Fast learner
  • Problem solving and creative person
  • Strong Organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • University degree in relevant subject is preferable
  • Strong computer skills especially in MS Office applications
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage

 

Working hours

Monday – Thursday 8.00 – 13.00, 13.30 – 17.00

Friday 8.00 – 13.00

2. Full time position: Accountant

Globalserve Consultants Ltd is a licensed Corporate Provider and Accounting Firm regulated under ICPAC regulations, having 30 years of experience in the financial industry with headquarters in Limassol. Company seeks to recruit an individual to the position of Accountant.

The successful candidate will be offered an attractive package within a people’s-oriented environment under an ultra-modern, challenging, interesting and friendly workplace. It is also offered Friday afternoon off, business casual Friday, medical insurance, provident fund, opportunities to expand your knowledge and personal skills, corporate events and other benefits.

 Requirements

  • LCCI in Accounting – Intermediate or Higher level
  • University degree in Accounting or other relevant field will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English both written and oral (Russian or Ukrainian language will be considered as an advantage)
  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail

  • Dependable and reliable

 Duties

  • Posting bookkeeping transactions
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Debtors/creditors reconciliation
  • Preparation and submission of VAT and monthly VIES returns
  • Posting payroll in the accounting system and reconcile with payroll reports
  • Communication with clients
  • Preparation of the books and records of the clients for the audit
