Cyprus: Submission of 2023 personal income tax returns and payment of final tax

The Cyprus Tax Department announced that the submission of the Income Tax Return for the year 2023 is now available through the TaxisNet system at https://taxisnet.mof.gov.cy 

Based on a Decree issued by the Council of Ministers, dated 09.06.2023, (ΚΔΠ 184/2023), the obligation for the submission of a personal income tax return for year 2023 stands with employees and pensioners as well as with self-employed individuals with gross annual income exceeding EUR 19,500.00.

A necessary condition for the submission of the Tax Return is the online registration with the TaxisNet system https://taxisnet.mof.gov.cy 

The filing deadline of the personal income tax returns for the tax year 2023, as well as the deadline for the settlement of any tax due, via self-assessment for the same tax year, is the 31st of July 2024.
