Extension to the submission of annual tax return 2019

The Cyprus Tax Department announced the extension of the deadline for the submission of corporate income tax return for 2019 and the 2019 income tax return filed by individuals preparing audited financial statements

Based on Decree issued on 24 September, the new deadline is the 30th of November for:

(a) corporate income tax return (TD4) 2019, and

(b) 2019 personal income tax return (TD1A) of individuals (self-employed) preparing audited financial statements (FS)
