Important changes and deadlines with respect to Cyprus companies

Globalserve Consultants Ltd would like to update you and bring your attention to the following important changes and deadlines with respect to Cyprus companies,

1. Levy tax payment for year 2021 is payable until 30th of June 2021

2. Extension until 30 September 2021 is given for the submission of personal 2020 tax returns and payment of 2nd installment for provisional tax 2020

3. Central Registry of Beneficial Owners, filing must be completed by March 2022

4. Preparation and filing of Financial Statements for year 2020, until March 2022
