The Cyprus Tax Department has announced that, as of 1 July 2026, the submission of applications for registration in the Tax Registry by legal entities registered in the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property, whose registration number begins with the prefix HE: Companies of any type, or AE: Foreign companies, or S: Registered partnerships (general and limited) must be submitted exclusively via the access to the Tax For All (TFA) system and using the CYLOGIN credentials of each entity.
For this reason, it is necessary that newly established companies apply for the creation of a CYLOGIN account immediately after completing the registration process with the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property.
